This bang chicken recipe with bang sauce is simple to prepare and taste amazing with our special bang sauce. What I love about this bang chicken recipe is that you can serve it with your choice of rice or noodles, goes great with either one. Try this delicious breaded bang chicken today.

INGREDIENTS  

  • 1½ cups Chicken Breast,cut,into small pieces

For Marination/Breading:

  • ½ cup Buttermilk
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ cup All Purpose Flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 cup Panko

Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • A pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Clean,cut and dry the chicken breast meat(you can also use thigh meat).
  • In a mixing bowl,add the ingredients to make the batter for frying the chicken.
  • Heat oil around 2 inch(enough to submerge the chicken pieces). Add the chicken to the batter mix and mix well to coat the chicken.
  • When the oil is hot enough,coat each piece in panko and drop in oil slowly,fry on medium heat till chicken is cooked well.Drain on a kitchen tissue.
  • Next make the Bang Sauce,for that in a mixing bowl,add the ingredients for the sauce and mix well to combine.
  • Finally toss the chicken pieces in sauce or pour the sauce over the chicken pieces,to coat the chicken well and sere immediately.
