Instructions
Put flour in a bowl
Add nutmeg, mixed spice, salt and sugar and sift
Add yeast and mix thoroughly
Add lukewarm water
Mix together well to activate yeast
Leave mixture in a warm place for 1 hour to rise
After 1 hour, push out all air and leave to rise a second time for 30 minutes
Heat up oil , make desired balls and fry
Turn frequently to have a uniform color on all sides
Serve as is, coat in cinnamon sugar, fill with jam or custard
