This is a simple raw cabbage salad with onions and olives with ingredients that you have on hand. Add or delete ingredients as per your taste. This is a good healthy lunch if you are watching your weight and on a diet.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cabbage shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 small tomato cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup chopped green capsicum
  • 1/2 carrot grated
  • 3 tablespoons olive slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno chopped optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients except salt and lemon or lime juice into a medium-size bowl and combine.
  • Sprinkle with some salt and drizzle with lemon or lime juice before serving.
