Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup Water +/-

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 410°F (210°C ).
  • Sift together flour and baking powder then and the salt. Cut the butter into small cubes add it to the flour mixture. Mix until mixture resembles bread crumb consistency.
  • Add the water and mix just until all the ingredients are incorporated
  • Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and transfer it onto the floured table.
  • Dust some flour onto the top of the biscuit dough and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness with a rolling pin. and cut with a floured biscuit or cookie cutter.
  • Witha round 2-inch cookie cutter, Cut the biscuit dough place onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
  • Place into the oven and bake for about 3-15 minutes or until golden in color.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
