Here is a quick and easy biscuit recipe without milk or eggs that can be prepared in no time. Our biscuit recipe without milk or eggs is super soft and with the perfect balance of sweetness and flaky texture. Our biscuits are made with flour, water, baking powder, salt, and butter.
Ingredients For Flaky Biscuit Without Milk Or Eggs:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup Water +/-
INSTRUCTIONS For Biscuits Without Milk or Eggs:
- Preheat your oven to 410°F (210°C ).
- Sift together flour and baking powder then and the salt. Cut the butter into small cubes add it to the flour mixture. Mix until mixture resembles bread crumb consistency.
- Add the water and mix just until all the ingredients are incorporated
- Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and transfer it onto the floured table.
- Dust some flour onto the top of the biscuit dough and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness with a rolling pin. and cut with a floured biscuit or cookie cutter.
- Witha round 2-inch cookie cutter, Cut the biscuit dough place onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
- Place into the oven and bake for about 3-15 minutes or until golden in color.
- Remove from oven and serve.
